This is the RCE45 switch (below) upgraded with a Delrin mounting body that swaps the red key for a 1/4" removable hex key. It was designed by Christian Carlberg for his heavyweight OverKill.

Mounting is by any combination 1/4-20 screws on a 1.50" bolt circle; use a minimum 5/16" clearance hole in the center for hex key access. Comes with two 1/4" keys to satisfy current BattleBots shutdown rules.

Weight: 6oz

Removable Links see prices below
part #RCE41  /   #RCE43

Many event safety rules require a physically removable link to kill master power to your robot. These perfectly fit the bill and have been used in all major US and UK events. Both are assembled with rope lay welding cable and high strength mechanical crimps.  For most applications the smaller RCE41 will be adequate (up to and including a pair of 3HP motors.) For higher current pancake motors on spinners and such, the larger RCE43 is required. Current ratings quoted below are from the manufacturer but practical usage in this sport lets them be exceeded for short durations.
RCE41 - 50 amp continuous rating, 6ga wire terminating in 1/4" copper lugs, 15 lb. disconnect force. Weight 4.6oz
  $18.00

RCE43 -

175 amp continuous rating, 1/0ga wire terminating in 5/16" copper lugs, 25 lb. disconnect force. Weight 21oz
  $37.00
