Please note: We no longer carry the line of Innovation First power controllers. Please visit the Innovation First website to purchase them directly.

Thank you.

Team Delta has been an authorized reseller of the Innovation First Victor 883 power controller since early 2001. In addition to maintaining an inventory in southern CA we have extensive experience in application to various motor systems and provide technical support and system engineering.

For its price, the Victor 883 is the Cadillac of ESCs. Supporting a single channel of control it can sling 80 amps continuously and 120 for a few seconds. An aerodynamically tuned cooling system optimizes the performance of the FET power switches. The unit features a status LED and a calibration feature permitting alignment to your specific R/C channel.

We only stock the 24 volt unit (with a 24 volt fan) as that is what most customers really need. An 18" long interface cable is included to tie to your radio receiver.

Weight: 4oz.

Note: To achive single stick "tank style" steering you will need to perform "V-tail" or "elevon" mixing at your transmitter. If that is not available then use the RCE540 mixer! Double-stick tank style steering (like the old BattleZone video game) is just a matter of plugging the Victors in to the correct receiver channels.

Intelligent Signal Amplifier $19.25
Part #RCE600C

User Manual (28K)

Some radio control receivers require an inline signal amplifier to drive the Victor 883 controller. This is because the Victor was originally designed to be run by the IFI Robot Controller and although the signal interfaces are the same in format, most radio receivers cannot source enough current. So this inline guy handles that for you.

This is also known as a "signal buffer."

The RCE600C Intelligent Signal Amp also provides two levels of signal noise filtering and can even be used as a neutral failsafe.

Most Futaba Rx units require the use of a signal buffer. Each RCE600C can drive two IFI power controllers. If your Rx doesn't require it there will be no harm to using it anyway.

IFI Spin Controllers
Part #RCE610

Please note: We no longer carry the line of Innovation First power controllers. Please visit the Innovation First website to purchase them directly.

Thank you.

We're glad to announce that we now have the IFI Robotics Victor and Thor spin controllers on the shelf. This product was designed to control motors that only need to spin in a single direction. It provides gentle, dynamic braking to help with timed spin-down rules and is completely failsafed to both signal and power loss.

An 18" long interface cable is included to tie to your radio receiver.

Weight: 4oz.

VSC Datasheet (160K) TSC Datasheet (160K)

RCE610-VSC

$186.00

The VSC (Victor Spin Controller) is rated for 90 amps continuous, 100A for less than 2s or 200A for less than 1s.

RCE610-TSC

$384.00

The TSC (Thor Spin Controller) is rated for 150 amps continuous, 200A for less than 2s or 300A for less than 1s. Both have a 6-30v operating voltage range.
Note: A good companion to both spin controllers is the RCE550A digital servo slower. It allows simple toggle switch control from the Tx while giving you a nice "soft start" of the motor to ease current demands on your battery pack. It also performs the role of inline signal amplifier, removing the need for that part.
